Origin: Madagascar

Description:

Most commonly pale sky blue in color but can appear  colorless, white, green, brown, gray, and reddish 

  • Received its name from the Latin word “Caelestis” meaning of the sky 

  • Used in fireworks because of its ability to burn with a bright red flame 

  • Used in a variety of industries including  ceramics and glass production 

  • Mohs hardness: 3-3.5 (meanings its soft and fragile) 

  • Pairs well with:

    • Amethyst

    • Angelite

    • Selenite 

Chakra: Throat, Third Eye, & Crown 

Metaphysical:

  • Calmness

  • Peace & Harmony 

  • Serenity & Tranquility
